This house called Casa Capece Venanzi. It was located near Adriatic coast on area between the plain and a hill. The design architecture is very unique and stylish. Overall the design is very modern and minimalistic. This house is designed by Giovanni Vaccarini. With the unique walls concept make this house very attracted. Besides two levels above the ground there is the underground level completely dug in the land. Inner patio acts as central element of the house connecting living areas of ground level, roof-garden area and underground space.
