Nice contemporary office design by Rockefeller Partners Architects. This house is design with natural and minimalist concept. It looks like a tree house with 170 square feet and is perched twelve feet off the ground. Though modest in size, the plan is efficient and allows for a studio space/living area and a toilet room. This minimalist hill house is designed by Webster Wilson. The house is built on the slope of an extinct volcano in inner city Portland. The total area space is 2600 square feet. It was consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, working studio, kitchen, laundry, master suite with roof top deck and so on.
