Nice and comfortable small minimalist house by HIVE Modular. It is 990 square feet home with 6 rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It cost $185/sq ft to build. This house is feel so nice to live. All the furniture and the architecture look very comfortable. The window is very large in the living room, it uses for energy saving. For example, the weather in Oslo, Norway is cold and unpredictable so Rintal Eggertsson Architects created great 19m² prefab houses which is easy to heat and has stylish appeal.
