This house is located in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. A Modern minimalist concept house with ivory marble theme color gives an interesting look to the frontal areas of the house. The Architects come from Agraz Arquitectos. The theme design was planned innovative and elegant. The living room, kitchen, dining room and spacious terrace are combined to create awesome feel of free space. The minimalist and elegant interior design is applied in every rooms of the house. This will make the house feel comfort and relaxing. All I wanna do is adapted this design concept to my house, cause this house is awesome! (source)

Shell House Interior Design

Interior design for the shell house was designed well. It can be seen the combination interior furniture and the rooms concept. The Living room & bath room combined with the modern minimalist concept of the house.The top of the oval shaped building wall thickens by 350mm and its width continuously increases up to 750mm at both sides to meet the structural requirements.

The free-curved lines appear on the edge, and the three dimensionally curved surface with a twist partly appears on the cut surfaces. However the entire structure was composed by two dimensionally curved surfaces. All air and exhaust outlets are installed beneath the sash, letting air run outside through the terrace louver.

In addition, by devising unfixed windows, we tried to maximize natural ventilation (we haven’t arranged air conditioning in general parts). While at a glance, the oval shaped cylinder space might appear as wasteful use of space, the functional use of space is maximized by the installation of furniture in the lower half of the oval cylinder. The efficiency of this system is truly remarkable.

Modern Ranch House Interior by Jessica Helgerson

This house is remodeling by Jessica Helgerson, it’s a once run-down split-level ranch house converted into mid-century modern residence. The designer change any rooms inside the house to made a bright and airy living room. The kitchen and the master bath are relocated in the back of house. The natural concept can be seen with the interior design. The tress and flowers will made the room sensation feel so comfortable. The furniture and other vintage finds has been reupholstered and refinished, to follow the new modern minimalist concept of the house. What do you think about this house? I think it was great design.
