Nice and comfortable small minimalist house by HIVE Modular. It is 990 square feet home with 6 rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It cost $185/sq ft to build. This house is feel so nice to live. All the furniture and the architecture look very comfortable. The window is very large in the living room, it uses for energy saving. This house is in New York, total area is 3,600 square foot home is located in a Nassau County beach community. It was designed by Belmont Freeman Architects. The house is looks very clean and comfortable. This p_House is designed by Ras-a and located in Redondo Beach, a greater Los Angeles area beach city.
