This Luxury elegant beach house called Casa Kimball. It was located on the North coast of the Dominican Republic. This house was built in 20,000 square feet area includes two indoor and two outdoor lounges, a dining room with a view centered on the pool out to the ocean, and an outdoor bar area. Casa Kimball will give you great panoramic scenery of the Atlantic Ocean. This luxury beach house has great features such as; terraces, infinite edge pool, outdoor Jacuzzi. It was awesome isn’t it? The main feature is the 45m long pool form the center piece of the house. Three different levels of platforms within the pool allow guests to lie flat in the water, sit and lounge. Using a deep blue slightly reflective tile, the pool’s surface changes color to match the ocean. Swimming in the pool out toward the ocean creates the illusion of being in the ocean itself. (more…)

Nice luxury natural green house by PCKO Architects and MOFO Architects. It was located in Krakow (Poland). The two architects want to combine modern house concept and the natural green house concept. It can be seen the exterior design was built with modern architect. The house has a covered swimming pool, two main bedrooms, 140 sqm living area and a 5 storey viewing tower. The lower floors of the tower provide additional space for guest accommodation while the top floor has a study room. The study has the most beautiful panoramic views in the house being fully glazed.
