The family house is supposed to be very charming and comfortable to live in. This house is design with contemporary and natural concept. This family house has a very strategic location. It was located on a narrow finger of land perched above a deep valley. The view is very beautiful and enchanted. It makes the sensation become very natural. There is also a swimming pool outside the house. It will make the house become more fascinating. A glimpsed view through the curved walls of the breezeway, on to the pool and the hills beyond starts from the driveway to the house. It was built in 6070 square feet area. This house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, living room, kitchen, and other private area inside the house. The designer of this house is James Bourret Architecture. (more…)

Built with minimalist concept of family residence, this house brings the charm and the relaxing sensation for the occupant. Concept design by australian based Architect, Bligh Voller Nield. It was done in 2003, which is belonging to a professional couple. The house is combine 2 design concept. The architects want to blend a boat house design and garden pavilion. So the result is awesome. The designer is successful combine it with perfect harmony. It is generally one room wide, and “Z” shaped in plan to take advantage of the views.
