This house has a contemporary unique concept. With a square large window in the exterior made it more fascinating. This unique house was designed by Rachel Neeson and Nick Murcutt. The ARCHITECTS just already won an Australian award called Wilkinson Award for Residential Architecture. It was given by the Australian Institute of Architects during 2009 NSW Architecture Awards. This house has a three floors level with a different exotic sensation. Designed by Gracia Studio, it was located in the hard season area. It was designed to withstand hurricane seasons and also need a minimum maintenance. The structure of the house is built with strong construction. So it will make the occupant feel safety. This Todos Santos house is design with simple and contemporary concept. Basically the house is one open floor plan for the common areas and the bedrooms are more enclosed to have privacy. It is mainly built with concrete.
