This house is designed by Johnston Architects with very interesting contemporary modern concept. These houses consist of two townhouses located a half block from the beach. These houses are located in the Alki neighborhood in Seattle. The design is very unique and attractive. It was covered with large size of glasses for the exterior. It make this house will very bright in the day morning. Cause all the sunlight will come easily through the glass window. The garage is located in the basement in the front. The house concept is inspired by two sheds linked by stretched tarpaulin. The architects applied the concept very well. This contemporary modern house is designed by Fearon Hay Architects. With the dark color of the walls will make this house feel very elegant and stylish. There are a lot of open air areas inside it. So it will make the house feel very airy and fresh. Wide expanses of sliding glass doors respond to all weather conditions in the area and give place for eating, dining or relaxing closer to nature. The building is clad in band sawn ply sheets and permeable metal screens whilst a roof deck with awesome sea views. It makes the contemporary modern architecture blended well with the dark walls. But there is one thing that makes this house more interesting. There are solar panels that applied in the roof of this house. (more…)

Designed by IROJE KIMHYOMAN, this house has a very unique architecture design. With two wooden boxes that applied in the second floor make it so unique. The one box contains master bed and study room and another box is consisted of two bedrooms and study rooms for two daughters. From the outside we can see that this house mainly applied with wooden panels for the walls. With a large garden in the front yard and the basement made this house feel superb. The house entrance is a big transparent gate door with attached to it inner court. The living room has double height ceiling which gather a lot of sunlight during the day through the roof. (more…)
