Designed by Gracia Studio, it was located in the hard season area. It was designed to withstand hurricane seasons and also need a minimum maintenance. The structure of the house is built with strong construction. So it will make the occupant feel safety. This Todos Santos house is design with simple and contemporary concept. Basically the house is one open floor plan for the common areas and the bedrooms are more enclosed to have privacy. It is mainly built with concrete. Some walls are covered with “talavera” in order to bring a traditional Mexican architecture into its design. The whole architecture design gives you the simplicity of the house. (more…)

This house located at the eastern end of the central business district in Melbourne. The exterior design will make you excited. It’s very unique and interesting. The design is more abstract than the other architecture design. The designer is built this house to get the attraction from the people that look into it. And the designer is gets it. The architects design it with contemporary classic design. The house is designed to be elegant and stylish. The entire decorative interior concept also following the elegant classic design. It ca be seen from the ornament inside the house. The house feel very old and look alike a castle in the 10^th century. It was very interesting concept design.
