White Minimalist Kowalewski House by Belmont Freeman Architects

This house is in New York, total area is 3,600 square foot home is located in a Nassau County beach community. It was designed by Belmont Freeman Architects. This Kowalewski Residence isn’t a brand new project, but I really like the combination of materials used. The design architecture is very simple and minimalist. The Side window is looks very nice with Circle Shape. It seems private from the street, but the living area opens to the garden and once you get up onto the roof terrace it’s all about the panoramic ocean view. via

Modern Stylish Rodriguez House Design by Nicolás Loi Architects

This house has a very nice exterior looks. It was feel more natural and modern blended into it. It was created by Nicolás Loi architects; he placed the right elements in the right place. Dark wood exterior panels nicely contrast with the cherry honey interior, and when the sun sets, the light that comes from the interior makes the whole unit lights up like magical fireplace. The wrap around deck invites guest to experience the outdoor that can even be seen from the inside due to the never excessive use of glass. via

It was called Casa Doble, and located in Almonacid de la Sierra, Zaragoza, Spain. The building consists of two parallel residences with a unique second-floor structure, which boasts views of the valley and olive trees. This contemporary house is designed by Langarita Navarro Arquitectos. It has a unique mask design in the exterior design. And it looks more attractive with the shape design of the building. The architects are calling the oddly-shaped platform the second home: “an irregular geometric platform covered by a structural wooden shutter which folds to create different, unplanned areas connected directly to the bathrooms and kitchen self-contained functionality.” via
