This Red brick house is design with modern and minimizes energy use. The brick had red color and this house was designed to maximize solar energy using. The glass window and door make this house feel warm and bright, because all the sunlight can come in easily. The house is built as two rectangular bars – one has two stories while the other has one store over the garage, it has four bedrooms and three bathrooms a large open space for the room made the good ventilation. Located a few miles outside of McMinnville 2.5 acre sloping site in a walnut grove. This is a natural modern house that combines with some minimalist furniture decoration. The house is one of the best works of Portland’s company Giulietti/Schouten. The concept of the house is to create free-maintenance house, so the chosen material also have low maintenance. The house is inspired by traditional Japanese architecture, but with touch of modern minimalist concept. This house is designed by David Jay Weiner, the popular architect for Crestone town Colorado. It located in the middle of land field in desert, it make the house look so interesting. The concept idea is minimalist; it can be seen from the color and interior design inside the house.
