Modern Family house located in Zagreb – Croatia inspired by the shape of a snail’s shell, which involves a spiral twisting around its own axis, and as such all functional elements of the house follow each other and are built around a central atrium. Single family house in Kitakamakura, Kanagawa Japan. The architect is Makoto Tanijiri from suppose design office. The architect plans to create an appealing living space by building directly over that uneven land.From an architectural standpoint, with an upper and lower level, the influence of the footing and other aspects cause too many uncertainties in the support of the retaining wall. the space between the two levels which is created by the shafts and the retaining wall can be used as a garden. Interior design for the shell house was designed well. It can be seen the combination interior furniture and the rooms concept. The Living room & bath room combined with the modern minimalist concept of the house.The top of the oval shaped building wall thickens by 350mm and its width continuously increases up to 750mm at both sides to meet the structural requirements.
