This house has a very unique sculptural facade made of cast concrete. The family house is designed by Stevens Lawson a New Zeland architect. The materials are consisting of concrete blocks, dark stained timber and white pre-cast concrete. The combination is blended very well, so it provide the comfortable family house. Public areas like living room, dining area and kitchen are situated on the first flor while three bedrooms are on the upper floor along with the terrace which features vies over the harbor.
