The Whitford House is designed by Sumich Architects. This house is designed with very simple concept and minimalist architecture. This minimalist house is located on a 2 hectare lot overlooking the Mangemangeroa Creek Inlet. The interior design is very air spacing. You can get a great panoramic view from the family areas or living room. It consists of series of connected pavilions on a single level. You can get a different looks from a different position for the exterior. Materials that were used during the house’s construction are plaster cladding, aluminum joinery and tray roofing. There is a family pool too; you can enjoy your whole week end moment in here with your family. via
