The Whitford House is designed by Sumich Architects. This house is designed with very simple concept and minimalist architecture. This minimalist house is located on a 2 hectare lot overlooking the Mangemangeroa Creek Inlet. The interior design is very air spacing. You can get a great panoramic view from the family areas or living room. It consists of series of connected pavilions on a single level. It is a super modern luxurious house residence design that located 250 meters near the beach. This 3 levels house will give the best view of the ocean from inside. This modern luxury residence has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with open terraces and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The Modern minimalist residence has a very contemporary and minimalist design. With shape mostly look like a 2 blocks rectangular its looks very modern from the outside, and it was design by best-recognized Brazilian architects Isay Weinfeld. This modern minimalist residence is located on 600 square meters site, near São Paulo and belongs to family who wanted to have place far from urban centers.
