Nice and comfortable small minimalist house by HIVE Modular. It is 990 square feet home with 6 rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It cost $185/sq ft to build. This house is feel so nice to live. All the furniture and the architecture look very comfortable. The window is very large in the living room, it uses for energy saving. It was nice and modern superior apartments design by Kanner Architects. This Venice Superior apartments is located at Venice Boulevard in California. This apartment is looks so colorful from the exterior design architecture. The complex is 36,000 square feet, consisting of 38 apartments and three stories. The balconies have great south-facing sunlight and a nice view of the street to interact with the festivities and foot traffic below. Exterior materials such as corrugated metal, smooth plaster and dark Trespa underscore the clean lines of the architectural design. via

This unique cozy place in designed by Piet Hein Eek, and located in Hilversum Netherlands. This quiet small office is belongs to Hans Liberg. All the wall exterior is made by a wooden Log. It looks so cool from outside. With some windows surround it made the house feel fresh and bright from inside. The house inside is full of instrumental stuff belongs the musician. Thanks to that the room inside isn’t dark and moody but instead it’s bright and contemporary so it serves wheel as small recording studio. The house has wheels what makes it transportable.
