Nice and comfortable small minimalist house by HIVE Modular. It is 990 square feet home with 6 rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It cost $185/sq ft to build. This house is feel so nice to live. All the furniture and the architecture look very comfortable. The window is very large in the living room, it uses for energy saving. This house has a very nice exterior looks. It was feel more natural and modern blended into it. It was created by Nicolás Loi architects; he placed the right elements in the right place. Dark wood exterior panels nicely contrast with the cherry honey interior, and when the sun sets, the light that comes from the interior makes the whole unit lights up like magical fireplace. (more…)
