This minimalist simple house is built in 750 square meter area, with 200 square meter building area. It was designed by Kazuyuki Okumura Architect & Associates. This house built with simple minimalist design architecture. All surrounding walls is built with square blocks concept. It makes the house look very modern and stylish. With the green nature surrounding the house make all your family will enjoy the sensation of this house. Steel and concrete are materials that were used during the construction. This Elouera house built with some minimalist contemporary concept. It was Located in the Sydney suburb of Avalon. This house looks very ordinary from the outside. But if you come inside the house is looked very large and has a large space. Maybe the architects have develops some efficient design, that makes this house looks very comfortable inside. It has completed 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms inside it. The entire rooms are applied with minimalist contemporary decoration. The most surprise is the price. This house is sale for over $1.6 million. The architects brought to you with a classic Victorian workers cottage look on the front and a contemporary terrace at the back end. Matt Gibson applied the modern interior design inside it.
