Nice and comfortable small minimalist house by HIVE Modular. It is 990 square feet home with 6 rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It cost $185/sq ft to build. This house is feel so nice to live. All the furniture and the architecture look very comfortable. The window is very large in the living room, it uses for energy saving.
