Nice and comfortable small minimalist house by HIVE Modular. It is 990 square feet home with 6 rooms: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It cost $185/sq ft to build. This house is feel so nice to live. All the furniture and the architecture look very comfortable. The window is very large in the living room, it uses for energy saving. It was contemporary minimalist Japanese House. This house is designed with modern minimalist design. A home entirely done with reinforced concrete and big expanses of glass. This house is in New York, total area is 3,600 square foot home is located in a Nassau County beach community. It was designed by Belmont Freeman Architects.
